Responsible for day to day operations ensuring the smooth running of the business
Responsible for the processing of daily orders and for the sales and profits of the business
Responsible for maintaining the highest standard of customers service and resolving customer problems or complaints in line with companies policies and procedures

Responsible for managing import & export activities ensuring full compliance with all aspects
Handling all import and export procedures including documentation, transportation, and shipment of vehicles
Responsible for liaising and maintaining good relationships with logistics companies, suppliers, and manufacturers
Person Specification:
Must have at least 3 years of experience in the retail Sector as a Manager.
Proven experience in managing the team
Ability to work on my own and as part of the team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Excellent numerical, analytical skills and IT skills
Finance, Budgeting, and Accounting knowledge
Inventory management and control.
Proactive approach and ability to lead a team to achieve results
Should be fluent in English and Asian languages preferably Urdu, Punjabi, and Mirpuri to communicate with customers
A flexible approach to working hours, including weekend working
